In the Dust of the Stars crystal crown is a show-stopping full circle crown of A-grade raw quartz points. The crystal crown that started it all!

Transmit the starlight, drink in the sun. Here is a crown arriving straight out of a myth, ready to build a new one. Constructed of raw quartz points on a hammered metal armature, this piece is a balance of raw, elemental power combined with a refined regal shape. As you can see from the photos, the stones catch and hold light: glowing, shining, and reflecting it back out.

Each crystal is selected and wrapped into its perfect place on the piece by hand, a process that ensures each crown will be utterly unique even as it follows the classic silhouette of arcs and peaks. Filigree cones clutch crystals like torches at anchor points in the front, back, and two on each side: the crown itself becomes the six-rayed star.

Made entirely by hand in our Pennsylvania studio, this piece takes 20 hours of careful work per piece. A real heirloom,

How to Wear:

The crown is finished with metallic silver ribbon for comfort, and has wire loops incorporated all along the inner diameter of the base for hair pins. The base itself is formed to sit comfortably on the crown of the skull. For added security on fine hair, thread can be woven through the loops to create more points for pinning into whatever style you choose.

NOTE: These stones are raw, rough in spots and clear as water in others. The design of the piece incorporates the natural qualities of each stone into the shape.Each crown is made to order, and will have its own unique look based on the natural crystals.
